Peter Lawrence

Peter Lawrence is the Founder, Managing Director and Consultant with Human Capital Department Ltd. 

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), he holds a Masters in Human Resource Management (MA HRM) and an MBA.

Peter has worked in a variety of Human Resource Management and Training and Development roles at Senior Management and Director level including global players ExxonMobil and GE.  

Rod Lee

Rod Lee (MCIPD and MA HRM) is Co-Founder, Director & Consultant of Human Capital Department.

Rod has extensive practical experience in HR Management and as Senior HR Advisor with organisations including; WLP [Management Consultants], North Norfolk District Council, and Business Link.

He has worked with Senior Managers & Directors on HR Projects and in supporting SME’s with HR and L&D issues.

Saeed Al Mabrouk

Saeed Al Mabrouk serves as a global HR Expert. He supports clients with a variety of HR services including Compensation & Benefits, HR Management, employee relations,Talent Management, Recruitment, and Career Development. Saeed previously held many human resources positions in various industries such as Oil & Gas, FMCG, Trading, Aerospace, Construction, and more. He also worked in many locations in Europe, Middle East, and South-east Asia. Saeed holds his MBA degree in Strategic HR Management from Cornell, USA and he is a certified psychometric assessor. He is a partner with Human Capital Department in MENA Region as a Managing Director, Consultancy & Delivery.

Tarek Hammad

Tarek Hammad is an experienced business developer & capacity builder with a demonstrated history of working in various industries such as HR Services, and Training & Development. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Technical Recruiting, HR Policies, and Screening. Strong business development professional with a MBA focused in HR from NYIT. He is a partner with Human Capital Department in MENA Region as a Managing Director, Business Development and Capacity Building.

Max Aleko

Max Aleko

Max Aleko is our Marketing Trainee and is a Business Admin. and Marketing Graduate with a 2.1 from the University of Kent. He already has Marketing experience from a international marketing agency where he worked as an intern for several months and comes to us with a wide range of knowledge rand skills. Max's role will be to support our Marketing effort and to build the Human Capital Department Brand. Welcome Max!

Having worked in Human Resources Management for most of their working lives, Founder Peter Lawrence, and Co-Director, Rod Lee, saw a gap in the market; to provide the high quality Operational and Strategic HR Support to Small & Medium Sized Businesses that is enjoyed by larger corporates.
