Peter Lawrence is the Founder, Managing Director and Consultant with Human Capital Department Ltd.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), he holds a Masters in Human Resource Management (MA HRM) and an MBA.
Peter has worked in a variety of Human Resource Management and Training and Development roles at Senior Management and Director level including with global players ExxonMobil and GE.
Jasmine is an HR Consultant providing hands-on HR support to our Clients as well as being as our BreatheHR software "guru".
Jasmine was awarded the College of West Anglia "Student of the Year"  and shortlisted for a Mayor's Award. Committed to building on her career in HR she is now studying towards the CIPD HR Level 5 Diploma.
A Director and Shareholder of the Human Capital Department, Jasmine is critical to our growth plans.
Jim is a highly accomplished Learning and Development and HR professional having worked for prestigious corporates & big international brands, including AVIVA, Virgin, Bloomberg & Fujitsu.
He has now seen the light and supports SME Businesses across the region with HR and L+D solutions. Jim particularly enjoys providing 1-2-1 Coaching and Training in People Management Skills.
Rod Lee (MCIPD+ MA HRM) has extensive practical experience in HR Management and as Senior HR Advisor with organisations including; WLP [Management Consultants], North Norfolk District Council, and Business Link.
Although Rod has now retired from providing day-to-day support to clients, he remains a director and shareholder and provides guidance as and when needed.
Jekaterina specialises in working with our existing HR clients and helping them find suitable people for technical and managerial roles.
She joins us with a degree, masters and six years of experience working in recruitment and working towards achieving the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice which she hopes to complete on 4th May 23.
Jekaterina is driven and committed to meeting our client's immediate recruitment needs.
